Welcome Cocktail

First Course: Mango, red onion, jalapeno, red bell pepper & cilantro diced into a juicy salsa, served with plantain chips. Wine: TBD

Second Course: Crostini topped with house mustard, swiss cheese, ham, Cuban pork & a spicy pickle. Wine: TBD

Third Course: Pears, goat cheese & candied pecans on a bed of arugula served with a champagne vinaigrette. Wine: TBD

Fourth Course: Grilled citrus chicken with an orange honey glaze, cilantro lime rice & a corn avocado salad. Wine: TBD

Fifth Course: Coconut lime cheesecake with a graham cracker crumb crust sprinkled with shredded coconut.
